Safer Internet Day 2016

St John of Jerusalem COE Primary School had a fantastic week focusing on Online Safety, starting with participating in Safer Internet Day on Tuesday 9th February 2016. All classes completed lessons on how to stay safer online, as well as attending a whole school assembly on this. Pupils and staff wrote an individual pledge to show how they will and are playing their part in making the internet a better place for all. It was clear from these pledges that we all enjoy using the internet, from reading e-books to playing games. To continue to benefit from the internet, we all must play our part to ensure it is safe for children, especially when they go online.

Here are some useful websites for parents to use to ensure that you too are playing your part to making the internet a safer place.
